My name is Pablo Gámez Cersosimo (the Netherlands-Costa Rica).

I’m a researcher and author specializing in the Philosophy of Technology.

My work focuses on the attention economy, with emphasis on digital ethics, online human behavior, and the socio-environmental impact of technology.

I also bring expertise in integral (holistic) transformation processes for both individuals and organizations.

Non Violent Communication (NVC) is an important foundation for my work.

I am certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
